Dr. SHARMA TAYLOR, from Jamaica, is a multiple award-winning writer and a corporate attorney.

She has been the recipient of the 2020 Wasafiri Queen Mary New Writing Prize, the 2020 Frank Collymore Literary Endowment Award and the 2019 Bocas Lit Fest’s Johnson and Amoy Achong Caribbean Writers Prize.

Her debut novel “What A Mother’s Love Don’t Teach You” is scheduled to be published by Virago (part of Little Brown) in the UK in summer 2022.

Sharma was shortlisted for the Commonwealth short story prize in 2021, 2018 and 2020.

GRETA ALVES-MALCOLM is a Jamaican author living in the Cayman Islands with her husband. She has a diploma in Early Childhood Education and is presently pursuing her bachelor’s in education.

Greta taught at the early childhood level for over eight years, both in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, and is currently teaching at the high school level.

She has published 7 children’s books including her bestselling book, “Sleepy Time.” Her first book: “I am Smart After All,” is published in both Spanish and English and in audiobook format.

KETHJOY WATSON ventured into authorship and editing by happenstance, after decades in corporate Jamaica.

She wrote a romance novel to counterbalance a gruelling year-long dissertation she was completing for her Masters of Science in the Sociology of Development at the University of West Indies.

By the time she walked for her degree, she had two romance novels as well with no intention of publishing them.

A fortuitous meeting with Ruth two years ago, unearthed a natural gift to write and edit.

NARDIA WILSON is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and she applies the Christian principles of integrity, honesty and excellence to her work.

She started offering Virtual Assistant services in January 2020 on the Fiverr platform and has not looked back since.

Her virtual assistant services include transcription, proofreading, editing, formatting, making phone calls and other administrative services.

Nardia works full time as an administrator at the Ministry of National Security in Jamaica.

She has helped Ruth to become to focus on what she does best.

TAMARA FRANCIS has been an educator, editor, proofreader, book formatter and voice over artist for over 15 years.

As a trained teacher, she has taught English language, English Literature, Spanish, English as a Second Language and Adult Literacy.

Tamara is the editor of the children’s publications at Caribbean Christian Publications where she has edited and proofread hundreds of manuscripts including Sunday School and Vacation Bible School material.

Tamara has edited and formatted works of fiction and non-fiction – from novels to Christian based literature to poetry books in English and Jamaican patois. Contact:

TASHARAE NICHOLSON is an author, certified Early Childhood Practitioner, Christian Life Coach, speaker and a certified publishing coach from Ruth’s Authorpreneur Secret$ Academy.

Her memoir, Broken Silence The Unravelling Truth was published in December 2019.

Today, Tasharae does not only write book but helps authors along their publishing journey through various author services including: book coaching/consultation, video creation, email marketing set-up, graphic design, promotional services and individual or packages book related services.

CANDACE BARNES is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong focus on digital marketing and personal branding under the Bridgetek Group LLC brand. Along with being a self-proclaimed audio enthusiast, who honed skills with her “In The Circle” podcast on Spotify, Candace is an audiobook narrator and editor. She also does general voiceover work.

Candace does audiobook narration via Findaway Voices and is the chief audiobook narrator and producer at BambuSparks.

She did the narration and production of Ruth’s audiobook, “Write and Retire Right” which is currently on audible and 42 other platforms via Findaway Voices.

CLAVIA REID is a professional Graphic Designer and Photographer from Jamaica.

She was trained at The Edna Manley College, where she graduated as best student in graphics.

She has been doing design for over 20 years and it has led her into different areas including working with advertising agencies such as CGR Communications, Prism Communications and with Jamaica Business Development Corporation

She says the best part of her work is designing books and in 2021, she started working with Ruth to format children’s books and produce covers for both children’s books and non-fiction book. Today Clavia is the Chief book designer at BambuSparks.

COLLIN BLAKE is the lead web designer at WebDev Go. He is from Jamaica and is an avid tech enthusiast who has been designing websites professionally since 2012.

He got his start by creating a Gospel music lyrics website called SorTunes (sort-tunes) on, as a hobby with one of his best friends.

Since 2012, his clients have included notable organizations in Jamaica and from across the Diaspora. These include OGM Consultants, Wilson, Franklyn law firm and Ministry of Finance.

In 2020, he started designing websites for authors.

He designed Ruth’s personal website, several of her clients’ website and BambuSparks’ website.
